Drone Inspection
Not all roofs can be walked and not all areas of a structure can be seen with conventional methods. Not to worry as we offer a full service drone inspection of your roof, structure, or property. Our licensed drone pilots can give you the arial advantage, making sure to get complete coverage with our professional drone fleet. Our pilots are not only FAA part 107 certified, but they are licensed ham radio operators.
Radon inspection
Air quality is one of the most important factors when choosing a home. Let us help you rest assured you are getting the quality air you would expect from our beautiful mountain environment. Our team performs a comprehensive test to determine if there are unsafe levels of Radon present.
Mold
Mold can enter your home and live anywhere there is moisture. To ensure that your home is safe, our Internachi certified technician will use a combination of thermal imaging, moisture detection, and testing to determine if there are unsafe levels of mold in your home.
Meth
Methamphetamine is a harmful drug that can be found in some homes. We are able to take sample that are processed in a Salt Lake City facility for fast accurate results.
Thermal Imaging
Thermal Imaging is free with any home inspection. If you would like a stand alone service we offer that as well. Thermal Imaging is a way to see what is going on "behind the scenes" by showing us a heat based image that will open up our view into your house's structure and components.
